Meet the team
Rob Nicholls founded PCS along with co-director Tim Holt in 1993. As Managing Director, Rob is responsible for the overall strategic development of the commercial cards business including the delivery of loyalty and reward schemes throughout the UK and Europe. Through his guidance and direction, the business has seen a year on year increase in turnover and profit.
Tim has worked in the card industry for over 20 years and is well versed in all aspects of commercial card production. Having established the company with Rob in the early 90s, his main focus now as director and co-owner is finance and sales. His financial prudence combined with market insight has helped position PCS as one of the most progressive and innovative in the sector.
As Sales Director, Adam is responsible for implementing and delivering the company’s ambitious sales plans, and exploring and identifying new business development opportunities. Adam has been with PCS for nine years and was instrumental in introducing the company into the Scandinavian market, where it is now regarded as one of the leading providers of biodegradable card services
Andy is Operations Director and manages the day-to-day running of the business. Andy joined PCS as an Account Manager in 1998 and was quickly promoted through the ranks to sales director in 1999. During his time with PCS, the business has expanded significantly from having a £1 million turnover and six staff to its current position of a £5 million turnover and 68 staff.
National Account Manager
Paul has been with PCS for nearly 13 years and is the company’s National Account Manager, overseeing the account handling function for some of the country’s leading brands including Next, IKEA, npower, UCAS, Ford and Holland & Barrett. Paul is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and the expansion of the business to new markets, nationally and internationally.
