As Director, Rob is responsible for the strategic development of the company and the exploration of new technologies. His career has seen him develop cashless payment systems and corporate print systems. Rob loves the outdoors and can often be found fell walking, cycling and dog walking.
Tim set up Plastic Card Services® alongside Rob back in 1993, and as Finance Director he is responsible for the company finances. When he’s not busy crunching numbers, Tim enjoys watching sport, playing tennis and has a great appreciation for sampling quality ale! People are often surprised to hear that he enjoys classical music.
Adam has worked his way up through the ranks to become Managing Director, and over the past five years has helped PCS realise a 90% increase in turnover as well as introducing export into Scandinavia. Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time with his family (especially Woody the Whippet), as well as running, watching Manchester United and partaking in the odd pint or two of real ale.
As Operations Director, Andy has a varied role which includes responsibility for the day to day running of the entire business, as well as maintaining an integral sales role. In his spare time Andy enjoys watching films and TV and has a great love for watches.
National Account Manager
As National Account Manager, Paul’s main responsibility is to develop new business, whilst at the same time support existing clients to ensure all needs are met. When he’s not busy working away in the office, Paul can be found cheering on Manchester United and enjoying time with his family, sometimes at the same time!
Louise is responsible for the companies PR and Marketing communications strategy, ensuring that all the long and short-term goals are met. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, watching films and baking.
As Production Manager, Shaun manages the card plant and bureau, including staff resources, to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled. Prior to life at PCS, Shaun was a production manager at two previous companies, spanning 18 years. He is an avid follower of MCFC, and loves watching sport and films, reading, and winning pub quizzes.
Senior Sales Executive
As well as managing an ever-increasing portfolio of existing client accounts, Emily is focussed on bringing in new clients and advising a tailored approach specific to their particular needs. Although she loves to keep fit through aerial acrobatics classes and going to the gym, Emily is also a sucker for shopping and going out for lovely meals and wine.
Naomi joined PCS to concentrate on generating and developing new prospects and opportunities, as well as handling inbound sales enquiries. She enjoys good coffee and red wine, although not both whilst at work!
John provides a high level of professional customer service, whilst managing and driving a large volume of live campaigns from the initial brief though to despatch. He spends his spare time reliving his youth through his son, who has given him the enthusiasm to get out and enjoy a variety of activities some of which even include failed attempts on a stunt scooter.
As an Account Manager for PCS, Matt is heavily focussed on retail, hotel and leisure accounts, ensuring the smooth progress of orders and liaising with clients to keep them updated through the various stages of the card printing process. Matt loves movies, festivals and gigs, computer games, comics and gardening (mainly growing plants from seed).
Liaising with customers to process and manage orders throughout the various departments of the company are just a few of the things Andy is responsible for as an Account Manager. Outside of work he can be found refereeing football matches, playing golf, or completing a never ending job list set by his wife, with ‘help’ from their cat, Parker!
