Plastic Card Services Staff

Plastic Card Services (PCS), has made four new appointments in its sales and account handling divisions to bolster its growing team.

Experienced print industry professional, John Willocks, who previously worked at printers, Heaton Press, joins PCS’ five-strong account management team. In his new role, he will support the growing number of client accounts, maintaining excellent levels of customer service. Matt Bellfield, a former property inspector, also joins John as an account manager.

Strengthening the company’s sales team, recent business graduate, Emily Donohoe, has been recruited as a sales executive. She will work with Kimberley Wadsworth, who has been promoted to sales executive from within the company following a successful two years in account management. Both will undergo sales training and play a key role in PCS’ new business drive.

Rob Nicholls, managing director of PCS, commented: “As a company, we pride ourselves on the long-standing relationships we’ve built with both clients and employees. Our people are central to our business and, in light of recent contract wins and our continued growth plans, we’ve recruited new talent from the local area.

“We’re committed to developing our team and ensuring they have the right training and support to excel in their roles. We look forward to working with our new recruits and welcoming them into the fold.”
